The roof on my rental property ended up having to be replaced. Andy, the owner gave me a terrific price for the amount of work that had to be done. The work was done on time, professional and even the cleanup was great. I had additional header work that had to be done and even though Andy had plenty of other work on his schedule, he made time to come back and do the additional work. This work was also done very professionally and at a good price. If you choose Southern Roofers, you will not be disappointed.

With out a doubt the best roofing company in the area. From my first discussion with the owner Andrew to the completion of the job he was cooperative and understanding of our situation which involved a medical concern. I checked other companies for inspection and roof replacement, but the other 4 did not see the issues that Andrew and coworkers did but they were ready to offer overly high prices. Communication and work went well, price was reasonable, was easy to deal with this team, I searched and waited for long to find the right company and it was the one.

A great company. They arrived within a day after my phone call about a leaking roof. Very professional and fixed the problem quickly.

Southern Roofers was hands down amazing! I had a leak overnight and called 1st thing in the morning (6:30 am) thinking I'd leave a message but he picked up and got me scheduled the same day. By noon he had already been to my house and fixed the issue. I was just as pleasantly surprised when I got the bill, it wasn't an arm and leg. I would highly recommend Southern Roofers, I know we will be using them for any future needs.

Yeah, this is the kind of people I want to work with. I emailed them that I was looking for either repairs or a full replacement. I knew them were backlogged with work because my two immediate neighbors have them scheduled to replace their roofs this summer Andy was at a job about a mile away, and stopped by to do a quick review. We talked, he broke out three ladder, I showed him the two leaks, and he fixed one immediately, told me how to fix the other (I have general construction experience, so this isn't for everyone), and gave me a ton of good info. He even recommended that the roof had several years of good life left if I just fix the two issues (one which was my own creation from installing a bathroom fan incorrectly).

If you want someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and not just going to tell you to replace your entire roof the first time something goes wrong, I'd recommend this company. So far I'm extremely impressed with Southern Roofers. After Hurricane Irma, we needed a new roof but we were having a hard time finding anyone to come out to give us quotes because all the roofers were slammed. Andy from Southern Roofers came out on a weekend and gave us a quote that was the most reasonable we had. When we scheduled the job we were told that they were so backed up we wouldn't be able to get the new roof until February but Andy came out to patch a spot on the roof that was leaking. For free. Now they have come to do the roof 2 weeks early and when I left for work at 7:05 this morning the roofers were already getting there.

Update: the roof was finished in one day and looks great!!

Southern Roofers has been working on my roof for 4 days, going above and beyond fixing damaged decking and chimney. They treated us with respect and the quality of work is amazing.

My home took a pounding during Hurricane Matthew. Southern Roofers went out of their way to fit my house in because of the large number of shingles I had and it being a small roof. The job was done quickly and it looked great after they were done. I had absolutely no issues with leaks and etc. after the work was completed.

Andy did a great job at a fair price! His guys got my house reroofed quickly, the materials were good quality and they were mindful of and polite to the family living inside. He did my roof in 2011, it still looks great and is holding up perfectly!

The work provided by this contractor was of the highest quality, as well as meeting the highest standards for professionalism and reliability. Could not ask for a better experience considering having to expend financial resources on roofing repairs.
